Always on the hunt for unique breakfast recipes, I stumbled upon a fascinating idea-a Monte Cristo-style casserole. But why not take it a step further and transform it into charming individual servings?
So, I got all my ingredients together: some bread, Swiss cheese, savory ham, tender turkey, and of course, eggs to hold everything together. (See recipe below)
I love the process of experimenting in the kitchen, and this was no exception! As I mixed and matched the flavors, I could already imagine how cute and inviting these little portions would look when served. I was so excited to taste the result, and I knew it would be a hit! Breakfast just got a whole lot more fun!

I substituted a few ingredients because I didn't have them on hand. I used the ham and turkey lunchmeat that I had in the fridge. While the Monte Cristo turned out tasty, I would prefer to use higher quality meat next time. Additionally, I didn't have shredded Swiss cheese, so I cut slices of Swiss cheese into tiny strips instead.
