Our policies aim to create a welcoming and pleasant environment for all guests. We appreciate your cooperation with the following:

Reservations require a credit card number. The charge is not processed until your arrival when we swipe/dip your credit card. Manually entered credit cards will add 3% to the room rate.

Rates based on single or double occupancy

State and local taxes are not included in prices. 3% Village Bed Tax, 5% County Bed Tax, and 7.25% State Sales tax (when applicable) will be added at checkout. All rates are subject to change.

No minimum stay is required.

Varies upon request - A time must be determined before arrival.

A $25 late charge for any arrivals a 1/2 hour past the confirmed time will be assessed.

Cancellations:

1 Night Reservations can be canceled seven days before your arrival date without charge.

Multiple Nights or Multiple Rooms Reservations can be canceled 14 days before your arrival date without charge.

Reservations canceled outside these timeframes will be charged the total stay amount - including all enhancements or wine tours.

Gift certificates used to secure a reservation canceled less than one week before the arrival date will be considered redeemed.

Early departure falls within our cancellation policy. There are no refunds for early departure.

No-show reservations will be charged the full cost, including any applicable fees.
Deposits:

Whole house reservations will require a non-refundable deposit of $100 per night.
General Policies:

The B&B is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is permitted outside, and butts should be properly disposed of. Please do not throw butts on the ground.

Pets are not allowed in our facility

Children under 13 are not allowed. However, depending on the circumstances, we may consider them if the same party books all rooms.

Any damage above normal wear & and tear will incur an additional charge.

Violations of the policies will incur additional charges.
Winter Weather Cancellation Policy:
In the event that the National Weather Service issues a warning* for severe weather in Madison, your town of residence, or on the direct route to His Majesty's B&B, you have the option to cancel your travel plans on the day of check-in without incurring any charges. However, you are required to rebook your stay within the next 30 days.
*The National Weather Service defines a warning as a forecast issued when severe weather has developed, is already occurring and reported, or is detected on radar. Warnings state a particular hazard or imminent danger, such as winter storms or heavy snow.
