Reservations require a credit card number. The charge is not processed until your arrival when we swipe/dip your credit card. Manually entered credit cards will have an additional 3% added to the room rate.

Rates based on single or double occupancy

State and local taxes are not included in prices. 3% Village Bed Tax, 5% County Bed Tax and 7.25% State Sales tax (when applicable) will be added at checkout. All rates subject to change

A $25 late charge will be assessed for any arrivals a 1/2 hour past the confirmed time.

Cancellations:

1 Night Reservations can be canceled 7 days before your arrival date without charge.

Multiple Nights or Multiple Rooms Reservations can be canceled 14 days before your arrival date without charge.

Reservations canceled outside of these timeframes will be charged the full stay amount - including all enhancements or wine tours.

Gift certificates used to secure a reservation canceled less than 1 week before the arrival date will be considered redeemed.

Early departure falls within our cancellation policy. There are no refunds for early departure.

No-show reservations will be charged the full cost, including any applicable fees.
Deposits:

Whole house reservations will require a non-refundable deposit of $100 per night.
General Policies:

The B&B is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is permitted outside, and butts should be properly disposed of. Please do not throw butts on the ground.

Pets are not allowed in our facility

Children under the age of 13 are not allowed. Depending on the circumstances, we may consider children under 13 if all rooms are booked by the same party.

Violations of the policies will incur additional charges.
Winter Weather Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your reservation on the day of check-in due to severe weather warning issued by the National Weather Service for your provided address, Madison, or the direct route to the Bed & Breakfast. However, you must rebook the reservation at the time of cancellation, not to exceed 90 days from the date of the original reservation to avoid full payment.
(A weather warning is issued when severe weather conditions are predicted to affect an area for some time.)
