We're glad you're planning a stay with us! To keep everything clear and stress-free, here area a few details to know ahead of time.
Reservations

A credit card is required to secure your stay; charged at check-in. (A 3% service fee for manually entered credit card transactions)

Rates are based on single or double occupancy.

Taxes are not included in the listed rates: 3% Village Bed Tax, 5% County Bed Tax, 7.25% State Sales Tax

All rates are subject to change.

No minimum stay is required.
Check-in:

Check-in time must be arranged prior to arrival.

Late arrivals more than 30 minutes past the confirmed check-in time will be assessed a $25 late fee.
Check out:

Check-out time is 11:00 am
Cancellations:

1 night stays: Cancel 7+ days ahead = no charge

Multi-night or Multi-room stays: Cancel 14+ days ahead = no charge

Late cancellations/no shows = full stay charged

Gift certificates canceled less than 7 days ahead = redeemed

Early departures = treated as cancellations

No-shows will be charged the full reservation cost, including all applicable fees.

Smoke-free indoors; outdoor smoking allowed.

Winter Weather Cancellations:

If the National Weather Service issues a warning for Madison, your home, or your direct travel route, you may cancel on the day of arrival without penalty.

Cancellations under this policy must be rebooked within 30 days of the original stay..
ADA Notice:
His Majesty’s Bed & Breakfast is exempt from the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) under Title III, as outlined in 28 CFR § 36.104. As a private owner-occupied establishment with five or fewer guest rooms, we are not considered a “place of public accommodation” under federal law. This exemption falls under the ADA’s definition of Place of Public Accommodation.
